Mindfulness-Based Therapy正念為本治療

Mindfulness-Based Therapy develops present-moment awareness and a less automatic relationship with thoughts, emotions and physical sensations.正念為本治療培養當下覺察,協助你以較少自動化的方式面對思想、情緒和身體感受。

How it works這個取向如何進行

The aim is not to force relaxation or remove thoughts. It is to notice experience more clearly, respond with greater choice and reduce being pulled into habitual reactions.目標並非強迫自己放鬆或清除思想,而是更清楚地留意經驗、增加回應的選擇,並減少被慣性反應牽引。

What it may involve可能包括

  • breath, sound or sensory awareness呼吸、聲音或感官覺察
  • noticing thoughts as mental events把思想視為心理事件
  • grounding and paced attention安定及按步調調節注意力
  • bringing mindful awareness into daily activities把正念帶入日常活動

Mindfulness practices are adapted to safety, preference and readiness. For some trauma experiences, external grounding or movement may be more appropriate than prolonged inward attention.正念練習會按安全情況、個人偏好和你目前的狀況作出調整。面對部分創傷經驗時,透過留意周遭環境或身體活動建立安定感,可能比長時間向內專注更合適。
