What ICBC currently providesICBC 現行安排
Under Enhanced Care, people injured in a crash are generally pre-approved for treatment during the first 12 weeks after the crash. Counselling is included, and a claim number is required. ICBC public materials list up to 12 pre-approved clinical-counselling sessions during this initial period.根據 Enhanced Care，交通意外傷者一般在意外後首 12 星期內可獲預先批准的治療，當中包括輔導服務，並需要提供索償編號。ICBC 公開資料列明，初期可預先批准最多 12 次臨床輔導會談。
Treatment after the initial period may require further approval or an extension.首段期限後的治療可能需要進一步批准或延長保障。

- Confirm that counselling remains available under your claim.確認您的索償仍有可用的輔導保障。
- Confirm the counsellor’s current direct-billing arrangement.確認輔導員現時的直接賬單安排。
