Kaitlyn provides trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and culturally responsive psychotherapy for adolescents, adults and older adults. Her work integrates body-based, cognitive, mindfulness and relational approaches according to each client’s needs and pace.

Kaitlyn brings more than six years of experience across hospital, community, rehabilitation, youth and private-practice settings in Hong Kong and Canada. Her work has included psychological assessment, trauma intervention, chronic illness, palliative care, bereavement, cognitive assessment and multidisciplinary consultation.
