A compassionate space for grief, change and emotional healing.

Alice offers warm, culturally responsive counselling for adults and older adults experiencing loss, grief, life transitions, critical or chronic illness, or emotional difficulties. She works at each client’s pace and integrates mindfulness, person-centred, strengths-based and compassion-focused approaches.

A brief, no-cost conversation can be used to discuss fit, appointment format, availability and next steps. It is not a counselling session.

Alice works with adults and older adults experiencing loss, grief, life transitions, emotional challenges, and the effects of critical or chronic illness. She also supports people from ethnic minority and culturally diverse communities.

Alice has five years of experience providing counselling to people living with critical and chronic illnesses. She has also worked in services supporting ethnic minority and culturally diverse communities, with attention to culture, identity and lived experience.
