The website does not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural advertising. Booking and external services

When you follow a booking link to Jane or use another external service, the information you provide is handled under that provider's privacy practices as well as the clinician's professional and legal obligations. Review the external provider's privacy information before submitting sensitive details.

Clinical information

Clinical records are not stored in the public website files. Information collected during intake, assessment, counselling, billing or care coordination is handled through the clinician's approved clinical and administrative systems. Do not send detailed clinical information through ordinary email, text message or social-media messaging unless the clinician has explained the method and its privacy limitations.
